• PPP Forgiveness applications and supporting documentation must be completed using our PPP Forgiveness portal. The portal will allow you to complete the application, sign electronically and upload the required supporting documentation. If you are ready to submit your PPP forgiveness, please request a link to the portal by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
• We are aware of a heightened increase in fraudulent activity.
We will never call, email or text you requesting your debit card number, pin, user id or other credentials. If you receive a message requesting this type of information, hang up or delete the communication. Call us at 505-599-0100 if you have questions.

We encourage you to leverage our Online and Mobile Banking tools, which allow you to conduct most of your banking needs remotely, 24/7. These tools will allow you to view your account detail, make payments, make deposits, transfer money and more. If you need to be set up for online services, call us at 505-599-0100 and we will help you. After you sign up for Online Banking, you will be able to download our Mobile App from your phone’s app store.

We at Citizens Bank appreciate the trust you have placed in us to handle your financial needs. With concerns mounting about the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we have activated our Pandemic Plan which is in accordance with our standard business continuity practices.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers of Disease Control and local health departments. If you have a fever, flu symptoms or have visited a Coronavirus hotspot in the past 14 days we ask you to access your accounts from home 24/7 using our online/mobile banking platforms. Our mobile banking app includes easy access to pay your bills, make P2P payments and deposit checks.
While all of our offices are currently available, we would encourage everyone to use our electronic banking platforms. We truly enjoy the personal interaction we have with our customers; however, at this time if we can limit the chances of spreading this virus, we should. If you need assistance with learning how to use any of our online banking services please contact our E-Branch department at 505-599-0100. If you would like to sign up for Online Banking, please "Click Here" to access the online application. Our online services can be set-up quickly should you not already have accessed those electronic services.
You can also access account balances, account history and transfer money between accounts through our Intouch Telephone Banking platform. To activate Intouch Telephone Banking call 505-599-0182 and follow the prompts. Please continue to be alert for phishing emails, phone calls and other fraud schemes involving wire transfer requests. As a reminder, we will never call you asking for your debit card number, PIN number or account number. If you receive these types of emails or calls, delete the email and discontinue the phone call.
