CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - FULL-TIME

LOCATION: Citizens Bank – Main Office

JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for answering all inbound bank calls and either responding to the call or transferring the call to the appropriate individual. Perform other duties as may be assigned or required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position assumes responsibility for the following duties:

•    Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
•    Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives in person or over the phone regarding all bank products and services.
•    Assist customers regarding account inquiries.
•    Receive and process stop payments request for checks and ACH transactions.
•    Close accounts and monitor for proper closing.
•    Process change of address requests.
•    Receive return mail from post office and attempt to contact customer
•    Receive and process telephone transfers.
•    Receive and process loan and Credit Card payments done by telephone.
•    Counsel customers on insufficient funds, and make decision on refunding fees.
•    Reset Passwords and unlock Online Banking and Voice Access
•    Close debit cards and temporarily raise Debit Cards limits
•    Review reports

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

•    Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
•    Outgoing/Positive attitude.
•    Must have a minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
•    Detail oriented-able to pay attention to every detail and conscientious to produce error free work.
•    Prompt and dependable
•    Self-Motivated/Team Player-cooperative with all employees, willing to seek and provide help when needed. Must be teachable, with a desire to learn.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•    Familiar/Comfortable with computer, keyboarding, and 10-key skills.

I.T. HELP DESK SUPPORT

LOCATION: Citizens Bank – Main Office

JOB SUMMARY:  Provide technical support and assistance to all company personnel utilizing company software, hardware, networks, printers/copiers/scanners and computer systems, that need help completing tasks by troubleshooting problems through verbal, written, physical, or remote access.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position assumes responsibility for the following duties:

•    Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, in person or electronically.
•    Diagnose and resolve issues with printers/copiers/scanners, technical hardware & software issues.
•    Advise user of appropriate action.
•    Identify and redirect problems to correct resource if necessary.
•    Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
•    Track and route problems and requests; document resolutions.
•    Promptly inform management of recurring problems.
•    Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
•    Performs other duties as may be assigned or required.
•    Assist other IT/EDP personnel when requested.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

•    Must possess excellent customer service skills, verbal and written.
•    Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
•    Good phone and electronic media etiquette.
•    Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•    Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and a vehicle.
•    Familiar with Microsoft OS’s and software application products.

Preferred qualifications, but not required:

•    One-year college level course work or certification in computer science field of study. Providing end-user phone support for current PC desktop and application software or one year installing, upgrading & troubleshooting personal computers in a networked environment.
•    Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, printers/copiers/scanners and other equipment.
•    Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts.

FULL-TIME TELLER - FLOATER

LOCATION: Citizens Bank – Main Office / All Locations

JOB SUMMARY:  Perform a variety of duties to provide customer service. Paying and receiving transactions. Keeping an accurate record of all transactions. Perform other duties as may be assigned or required. Works at multiple branch locations in Farmington, Aztec & Bloomfield.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position assumes responsibility for the following duties:

•    Accept checking and savings deposits.
•    Verify cash, and endorsements.
•    Process transactions for customers
•    Cash checks
•    Accept loan, credit care, and safe deposit box payments
•    Issue cashier’s checks
•    Redeem savings bonds
•    Assist customers with access to safe deposit box
•    Know and follow regulatory policies and procedures
•    Balance daily
•    Must be able to work as needed at any one of our six branch locations, Monday through Saturday (hours could be any time between 7:45 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.)


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

•    Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•    Must be dependable.
•    Deal with the public in a pleasant and professional manner.
•    Outgoing/Positive attitude.
