Positive Pay processing is an online method of check fraud deterrence — a daily reconcilement of a company’s issued checks to the checks presented for payment to the Bank.

  • Commercial customers who issue a large number of checks at regular intervals
  • Commercial customers are able to more fully control, monitor, and review outgoing checks and thus detect potential fraud
  • Allows customers to view items and download Positive Pay exception reports directly from the web
  • Account reconciliation web interface allows customers to view the transaction history for an account, including the check and deposit ticket images
  • Requires a Commercial Account Analysis Account
  • $25.00 monthly fee
  • $25.00 one time setup fee

ACH Positive Pay

ACH Positive Pay helps guard against unauthorized electronic activity. Allows you to monitor ACH activity and flag unauthorized transactions for return.

  • Define guidelines for monitoring ACH debits and/or credits, with optional transaction amount limitations and effective/expiration dates
  • View or update authorized company records, view ACH entries meeting suspect criteria, make pay/return decisions for exception transactions
  • Receive Email notifications for suspect entries
  • Requires a Commercial Account Analysis Account
  • $35.00 monthly fee
  • $25.00 one time setup fee
  • .07 per ACH transaction
