Cookies interact with your browser and are used by the web server you are visiting to track your usage of that website and to identify you and your preferences for certain kinds of information each time you visit. It is important to know that cookies will not contain information that would enable anyone to personally identify you or to contact you via e-mail, telephone, or traditional mail. However, if our response to your e-mail requires communication of confidential customer information, one of the Citizens Bank Customer Representatives will contact you by standard communication means, i.e. mail or telephone, because our response to you cannot be made through secure means. In addition, any communication by you through the website’s WEBMASTER link will also not be secure.
